Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, username, and password. You may optionally provide a profile photo, bio, and location.

Location Data

With your permission, we collect your device's precise geographic coordinates to power the Radar feature — our real-time proximity matching system available to users aged 21 and above. Your raw coordinates are never shared with or exposed to other users; only server-computed proximity (approximate distance in metres) is used to determine visibility. You can revoke location permission at any time through your device settings, which will disable the Radar feature.

Messages & Ephemeral Content

Messages sent through the chat feature are stored temporarily on our servers and are permanently deleted once the recipient reads them and closes the conversation. We do not retain message content after deletion. Profile posts and other non-ephemeral content you share are stored and associated with your account until you delete them or close your account.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, device type, operating system, and crash reports.

To Operate the Service

We use your information to create and manage your account, display your profile, match you with nearby users, and deliver the features of Intimind.fun.

To Improve the Service

Aggregated, anonymised usage data helps us understand how the platform is used and guides product decisions.

To Communicate with You

We may send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, support responses). We will only send marketing communications with your explicit consent.

To Ensure Safety

We use your data to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.

Other Users

Your public profile information (name, username, bio, location label) is visible to other users. Private account holders have more restricted visibility.

Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party providers who assist us in operating the Service — such as cloud hosting, analytics, and email delivery — under strict confidentiality obligations.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Intimind, our users, or the public.

Business Transfers

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Correction

You can update most of your account information directly in the app. For other corrections, contact us at support@intimind.fun.

Deletion

You may delete your account from the Settings screen. This will permanently remove your profile and all associated data.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or adjusting notification settings in the app.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and analyse traffic. You can control cookie settings through your browser. The mobile app does not use browser cookies but may use equivalent device identifiers for analytics and crash reporting.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive fields, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Minimum age — App

Intimind.fun requires users to be at least 18 years of age to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete all associated data.

Minimum age — Radar feature

The Radar feature — which enables real-time location-based discovery — is restricted to users aged 21 and above. Users between 18 and 20 may use the app's social features but the Radar feature will remain locked until the applicable age requirement is met. Age is verified using the date of birth provided at registration.

If you believe a minor has registered on Intimind.fun, please contact us immediately at support@intimind.fun and we will investigate and act promptly.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
