Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Intimind.fun. These terms govern your access to and use of our platform, including the mobile application and website. By using our Service, you agree to these terms in full.
By accessing or using Intimind.fun ("the App" or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Intimind.fun. Certain features — specifically the Radar feature, which enables real-time location-based discovery and instant connections — are restricted to users aged 21 and above. By creating an account you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement of 18. By enabling the Radar feature you confirm that you are 21 or older. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time. If we discover that a user does not meet the applicable age requirement, we will immediately suspend or terminate their account and remove any associated data.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Intimind.fun is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You agree not to use the Service to post, share, or transmit content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the Service to solicit personal information from minors, to impersonate any person, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service or its servers.
The Radar feature is a premium, location-based service available exclusively to users aged 21 and above whose profiles are complete. When enabled, your approximate proximity is used to make your profile discoverable to nearby compatible users within a radius of approximately 200–500 metres. Your precise GPS coordinates are never exposed to other users — only proximity-derived information is shared. You may disable the Radar at any time by toggling it off, at which point your profile becomes immediately invisible to other users. Continued use of the Radar feature constitutes your consent to real-time location processing for the purpose of proximity matching.
Intimind.fun uses an ephemeral messaging system. Messages exchanged between matched users are automatically deleted once they have been read and the recipient closes the conversation. Neither party retains a persistent copy of messages after deletion. Media shared within conversations is similarly ephemeral. While we implement technical measures to limit screenshot and screen-recording capability, we cannot guarantee that such measures will be effective on all devices or operating system versions. You are solely responsible for the content you share via the messaging feature.
You retain ownership of any content you post on Intimind.fun. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We do not endorse user-generated content and are not responsible for its accuracy or legality.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information, including location data processed by the Radar feature.
All content, branding, logos, and software associated with Intimind.fun are the intellectual property of Intimind and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Intimind does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. The content on Intimind.fun is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intimind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
